Tesselations

This is my tesselation that I did cutting parts from a square. The hardest part was to cut the shapes and get them together to form a tesselation.

this was the easiest project i ever had… it was really easy using photoshop i would cut the part of a square and then i would put it in anoher place and paint it was very but very easy

In this assignment we used Photoshop to create something that would tesselate. I started of with a square and then I cut some parts of one side of the square and moved it to the opposite side (I did that two times, from left to right, and from bottom to top). Creating an object that would tesselate was the easy part. What was hard was to use your imagination and creativity to transform that object into something. I made approximately 5 different figures until I ended up with an object that looked like something. My result was a vampire.

This is a video that me and my friend, Diego, did in iMovie ‘09. We did it in iM0vie since I had just bought the program and wanted to use it and compare it to Vegas Movie studio since we had already used it. I had to admit, I liked Vegas movie studio more than iMovie. We took many clips of Cristiano Ronaldo and made a compilation of him. I liked how he turned out.. We made this video because we wanted to show how Ronaldo is the best not Lionel Messi. This video shows how he started in Sporting Lisbon and went to the super clum Manchester United. It shows how he progresses in his career and wins the ultimate individual player award, The FIFA World Player of the Year Award. In the end what we wnat to tell the world is, “Cristiano Ronaldo is the best.

This is what I decided to do for my free choice project. I had never tried this program, Google Sketchup 7. It was an interesting and useful experience since I learned from seeing tutorials. Also, I would like to be and arquitect and engineer when I grow up, so this was a useful program that allowed me to show my passion for designing and arquitecture. I don’t take credit for the pool. Free project

This is my super XBOX 360. It was my first time using google sketchup. It was a challenge to do this. I used many tools to create this. I watched many tutorials to make some parts, and learned how to do them. I can say, making curved edges was the hardest part.

Free Project – Manga Girl

This was a project that I really enjoyed! I tried to draw something like a manga picture. I used Photoshop to draw and it was also a challenge because before I used this software only to edit photos and drawing on computer is something different than to use pencil and paper. It took me a long time because each time when I tried to draw something, I didn’t like what came out and I had to start over. Also it was first time when I used tablet. At first it was hard to use it, but after some time I got used to it, so the work went much faster than using a mouse. I used a Brush Tool to draw outline and then color it. To make shadows on the hair I used Dodge Tool and to make shadows on the skin I used Burn Tool. I think it came out very nice and hope you think the same.

Free Project

This was a project in which we could decide what we wanted to do. I decided to do a techno song using Abelton Live because I had just learned how to use this music software better from the Choir Project with the highschoolers. It took me about 3 classes to finish this song.
